Save $100 on all birthday celebrations while the state requires us to be at 40% capacity. The current capacity is 18 people (includes total count of children and adults).

NEW!!  Flexibility of any 2 hours of your choice, including morning, while drop-in play is paused. You're no longer limited to 1pm-3pm or 4pm-6pm. 

To Secure Date:

A $100 deposit is required upon reservation to secure your party date and time (applied to the final price of the party)

Party Includes:​

  • Exclusive private use of our facility for 2 hours 

  • 30 min to set-up prior to your event and 30 min to breakdown after, both with the help of a staff member 

  • Two balloon table centerpieces to use for the duration of your party (matched to your color theme)

  • Lemon ice water in a classic glass dispenser 


  • $30 / craft project customized to your child's theme

  • $30 / custom sensory bin for your guests to explore

  • $30 / extend the party by 30 minutes (if available)

  • $60 / extend the party by 60 minutes (if available)

  • $75 / custom party theme -- includes all paper goods for the children (themed paper plates, paper cups, utensils, solid color table covers) and themed decorations (birthday banner, latex balloons)

  • Dom's Pizza - Located in our plaza for convenient delivery

  • A&B Burger - Complimentary setup and delivery. Ask us for their special pricing menu exclusive to Room to Bloom​.

  • We want to be there to share your child's special day! 

  • Outside food and drink are welcome, including adult beverages. 

  • All children and adults must wear socks while in our playspace. If your guests forget their socks, we have socks available for purchase. 

  • We are a nut-free facility. Please don't bring in any food (including the cake) that contains peanuts or tree nuts to help protect those with allergies.

  • We can host more than just birthday parties - such as baby showers, gender reveals, family gatherings, mommy groups, school events, fundraisers and more!

Cancellation policy

  • If you need to reschedule your party, or in the case of inclement weather, we are happy to help you reschedule your event to a new date and time, pending availability of the new timeslot desired

  • If you need to cancel your event, 

    • 30+ days prior - your deposit is refunded back to your original form of payment 

    • 14 - 29 days prior - your deposit is refunded as a Room to Bloom gift certificate 

    • Less than 2 weeks  - your event can be rescheduled at no cost (pending availability) or subject to forfeiture of the deposit.
